Using color, laughter and playfulness: reconnect with your inner kindergartner. Relaxed 'lessons' and mixed media projects will have you smiling like Mona Lisa with new friends. Light up your creativity!

This is a chance to connect with spiritually-curious, creatively-oriented folks who are interested in deep conversations and supportive friendships as we navigate the dynamic energies of our times and embrace the evolution of spirit we're navigating.
Topics will range from appreciating our creative gifts to adding more depth and challenge to our art and empowering our lives.

We will gather to connect, support and network as we shape our lives with greater awareness and inspiration.

Connection, collaboration and a fresh viewpoint are the empowering tools we often crave as creative souls. While this group is not intended to focus on your technique as an artist, we may offer opportunities for gentle critique and kind feedback as desired.

This private workshop is designed to help you feel more connected to your inner guidance and open the doors to your own potential.

I'd love to walk this path with you as we explore and celebrate the rich wisdom and inspiration hidden in the details of your everyday life. We will contemplate the magic that has inspired us and the challenges that have shaped us. And we'll consider the next steps to orient your purpose-filled life.

Let’s shine light on what you’d like to create in your life, and how to use your inner wisdom and experience to bring new energy and meaning to your journey. 

My modalities range from inquiry, movement, and meditation to contemplative creativity, journaling, and visionboarding.

Details:  I offer workshops and guided Classes. Pre-registration is required. Depending on workshop and the project, the fees and material fees will vary. If you are new, please call or email and I'll let you know what to expect.  

At this point, classes are for adults only and are in no way to be considered therapy, counseling, or treatment. Come ready to share, create and explore. Creating together in an inviting setting with like minded new friends is my main objective.
